We also provide product customization services including OEM and ODM service and we accept make the carpet samples according to client's demand. We have more than 20 designers in our product development center. Carpets can be customized in size, color, backing and pattern, and there is no minimum order quantity. Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes of course. Samples of our regular products are available by free, but the delivery cost is to be collected. As for customized samples , will need to charge for sample fee.
Q: Do you accept OEM & ODM?
A: We have our designer department. We can make any OEM and ODM products according to your request for the project.
Q: What is your quality control process?
A: Our company has been adhering to the slogan "Quality is the key of an enterprise development." Our quality inspector will check every detail of the product carefully in accordance and customers' requirement.
Q: How can l get some samples? What about lead time?
A: Warm welcome to have sample from our company. Trail order is acceptable at the beginning of our cooperation(less than MOQ). And we are glad to provide dear customers with free samples forquality checking. Lead time for sample is within 7 days and 15-40days for mass production.
Q: What' s your payment terms and delivery terms?
A: The payment terms can be TT(50% deposit before production and 50%balance before delivering) . Delivery terms can be EX-Work, FOB(Guangzhou,ShenZhen), CRF and CIF
Q: What' s the packaging?
A: We provide kinds of package methods for customers to choose from, individual color box, master cartons or pallet packing.
